If you use Razorpay for payments, relevant data (e.g., name, address, email, order details, payment information) is processed directly by Razorpay and not stored on our Platform. Trendify is not responsible for the use of your information under their privacy policies.

Deleting Your Information

To delete your account or Personal Information, send a request to trendifytechnologies@gmail.com. Unless required by legal or regulatory obligations, we will erase your data and cease communications related to your selected services upon receiving your request.

Applicable Law

Your use of the Platform is governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising from your use shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts in Odisha, India, and you irrevocably consent to their jurisdiction.

Complaints and Grievance Redressal

Even non-registered users' information may be collected if provided by a registered User to facilitate services.

• (c) During registration, mandatory and optional fields are indicated. Declining to provide information may limit access to certain services, for which Trendify is not liable. Information freely available in the public domain is not considered sensitive or confidential.
